It is worth noting that this was extremely difficult to pick award this year due to the massive improvement in all
of the players development this season. All of them have done fantastically well considering the volume of injuries we have
suffered and due to this I believe that this season this they all thoroughly deserve the yearly awards more than ever.

As well as scoring over 30 goals for 2nd successive season, his overall game has improved massively and
he is involved in all attacking play whether it be with or without ball. Great attitude and commitment. Sam also has great
skills and tricks which get him into some great positions. He also is very popular with the players and parents and is fast
becoming one of the best strikers in the division. His goal tally for Gima in League and Cup games alone is in excess of 110
goals.

Comments from team mates –
Shown loads of improvement after a career threatening injury last season. A brick wall in front of goal. Is always determined
and saves us when we are in need. Never has a bad match and rarely makes mistakes .Also one of the nicest people to play football
with and always encourages and motivates his team mates. Awesome!

Due to the success of our defence for most of the season he has not had lots to do but when called into action re rarely
disappoints. His ball handling has improved greatly this season as has his distribution and as with all the boys is well respected
and has great commitment. Was also runner up in the players player of the year vote this season and third in parents
vote which is testament to a player that I know is admired by parents and players alike. Has trained very hard this year.

Comments from parents – Not
a regular but never moans and is always smiling. Another player who has done well after a nasty injury pre season. Always
gives 100% to the team in matches and at training and enjoys his football. Always committed and enthusiastic. Mission Impossible!

Has matured and developed into an excellent midfielder – strong in the air, scores goals, great passing ability
and also becoming a good tackler. Farren has improved so much this season its frightening and right now he is one of the first
names on the team sheet. Excellent season!

Brad does not get the praise he deserves as I feel he is always measured against his district and regional achievements.
But this season I feel he has been an unsung hero in the team. He has moved into a position that is perfect for him and is
excelling. Is good in the air, has good passing and tackling and is an excellent reader of the game. He also chips in with
some spectacular goals, notably the fantastic free kick in this years Easter Cup Final.
Brad is well respected by the other players and trains very well.
